At Essence Cosmetics, we want you to be completely satisfied with your beauty purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day window for returns on items in their original, unopened condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the order containing the items you wish to return to receive a unique return authorization number.

  Secure the Package

  Carefully pack the unused products in their original packaging, ensuring all safety seals are intact to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Apply Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it securely to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
